“绿慧”牌高性能纤维复合材料系列产品研发成功

“绿慧”牌户外工程和装饰用高性能木(竹)纤维复合材料系列专利新产品是在现有中密度纤维板生产线的基础上,通过创新的工艺和技术改造而制成,具有非常好的物理力学性能和装饰性能,以及优良的耐候性能。在当前我国中密度纤维板行业普遍存在产品游离甲醛含量高、品种单一(同质化)、市场萎缩、相互压价恶性竞争和多数企业面临亏损困境的情况下,转型生产该系列可以在户内、户外及恶劣环境下使用的高性能工程和装饰用纤维复合材料产品,不失为一种最佳选择。该系列新产品的诞生有助于我国传统中密度纤维板产品的更新换代,可广泛用于户内外装修如地板、地砖和瓷砖及园林景观工程、建筑外墙装饰和围护等。

 Ningbo Sino-Canada Low-Carbon Technology Research Institute Co. Ltd. has successfully developed new patented products, high-performance wood (bamboo) fiber-based composite products that are used for indoor and outdoor decoration and engineering. These new products, manufactured with innovative technology by utilizing an existing medium density fiberboard (MDF) production line, have excellent physical and mechanical properties, beautiful decorative effect, and excellent weathering resistance performance. These products can be widely used as indoor and outdoor planks, tiles and floors, and also used for landscape engineering, and exterior wall decoration and protection.
