“绿慧”牌正交胶合木(CLT)建筑预制板系列产品研发成功

正交胶合木(CLT)是通过把厚度为15-35mm规格的锯材等单元通过干燥、分等、表面加工、铺层、涂胶、纵横交错层积和加压胶合等工序而制成的新型大幅面装配式建筑预制型板材, 该产品填补了中国国内空白。我们的竹木复合CLT专利新产品可充分发挥竹木各自的优势, 性价比更高, 属世界首创。

  正交胶合木(CLT)CLT预制板轻质高强, 可充分发挥木材强重比高的优势,板材幅面大, 厚度可至300mm, 在工厂很容易实现模块化生产, 预制成墙板、楼板、屋面板及各类特殊要求的板材,实现各类建筑的现场组装和装配式建造。CLT与传统钢筋混凝土相比, 重量轻约4-6倍, 作墙体材料时厚度可缩小约1/3。

  Cross-laminated timber (CLT) is an innovative prefabricated building product manufactured by laminating dimensional lumber (15-35 mm thick) with adjacent layers oriented at 90° to each other. Ningbo Sino-Canada Low-Carbon Technology Research Institute Co. Ltd. is the first company inChinawhich has successfully developed this product. CLT, as a large-dimension massive timber product with high strength and light weight, can be prefabricated in the mill and assembled on the construction site as wall, floor, and roof materials. Compared to traditional steel and concrete, CLT is 5-6 times lighter, and the thickness of wall can be 1/3 less when CLT is used.

1 .     Product features

 Compared to the building systems of traditional concrete, brick and light wood frame, prefabricated CLT and its building system have many advantages such as follows:

      ·  High strength/weight ratio, good loading performance, and good dimensional stability

      ·  Large dimension, low-cost transportation, easy and fast assembly, and short construction time

      ·  Low noise onsite, no pollution and no waste produced

         Prefabricated CLT panels (3 layers, 500 kg/m3) are manufactured from North American hemlock.

      ·  Board structure:  35 mm (//) -35 mm (^)- 35 mm (//), total thickness: 105 mm

      ·  Dimension: customizable, 6.3 m×1.25 m is currently produced.

三、    产品应用范围

·   低、中层和高层的民用和非民用建筑, 完全代替传统钢筋混凝土和砖混结构, 也可部分替代,与钢材和混凝土等混合使用

·   建筑施工用的硬化路面、道桥工程、临时道路和各种重载平台

·  Partially or completely substitute traditional concrete and masonry (brick) structures in low-, mid-, and high-rise residential and commercial buildings

·  Access mats in construction sites, temporary road pass and bridge, and various heavy-duty platforms
