正交胶合木(CLT)是当今风靡全球的新型绿色低碳预制型建材,它是通过把厚度为15-35mm的规格锯材和结构发不n(SCL)等层板单元通过干燥、分等、表面加工、铺层、淋胶、纵横交错层积、加压胶合和构件加工等工序而制成的大幅面建筑预制板材。CLT预制板轻质高强,可充分发挥木材强重比高的优势,板材幅面大,厚度可至300mm,在工厂很容易实现规模化生产,预制成墙板、楼板、屋面板及各类特殊要求的板材,实现各类建筑的现场组装和装配式建造。CLT预制板也很容易与轻钢和钢筋混凝土等材料相结合以打造各类混合结构建筑。与传统钢筋混凝土相比,CLT的重量和导热系数分别只是前者的20%和5%左右。CLT预制板及其建筑系统减碳,储碳,减碳,搭建快速方便,舒适美观,抗震和节能效应显著,非常适合打造各类装配式超低能耗被动式建筑。CLT预制板很容易实现建筑结构承重,装修,保温和隔声等的一体化施工,汇聚多重功能,综合成本低。CLT预制板属难燃B1级材料,自身防火性能好,作内隔墙时可暴露使用,免装修,墙体厚度相对较薄,这样可增加使用面积,同时避免二次装修污染。我司研发生产的竹木复合CLT专利新产品系列可充分发挥竹材和木材各自的优势,属国际首创,产品强重比和性价比高,同时可实现原材料的完全国产化。CLT及系列产品入选宁波市重点自主创新产品,并荣获2020年中国绿色技术创新奖及2021年全国单项冠军产品。

与传统钢筋混凝土、砖混结构和轻型木框架结构等建筑系统相比,CLT预制板及其建筑系统具有以下优势:

产品规格和性能

采用北美和欧洲进口铁杉,SPF,南方松和云杉等规格锯材及中国国产橡胶木,杉木等树种锯材生产的CLT预制板产品,密度约4

00-550kg/m2,层数一般为3层,5层和7层,其厚度,幅面和铺层设计可按用户需要定制。以3层CLT预制板为例,其铺层配置一般为:35(//)-35()-35(//),厚度为105mm。我们根据北美和中国相关的CLT标准(ANSI/A-PAPRG320-2019和LY/T3039-2018)来生产各种等级和多种结构和规格的CLT产品,产品的极限设计抗弯承载力参考以上相关标准。


产品应用范围

.低层和中高层的各类装配式超低能耗被动式建筑,可替代传统钢筋混凝土和砖混结构,也可与轻钢和钢筋混凝土等配合使用:

.现有各类建筑的节能改造(如屋盖和墙体)及各类建筑的内装修(如内隔墙和隔层等):.薄型CLT可制作门板,桌板,实验桌,工具桌,休闲桌和会议桌及各种户内外家具;.建筑施工用的硬化路面、道桥工程、临时道路和各种重载平台。


Cross-laminated timber (CLT) is a new type of green and low-carbon prefabricated building material that is currently popular worldwide. It is made by combining 15-35mm thick standardized sawn timber and structural laminated veneer (SCL) and other layering units through processes such as drying, grading, surface treatment, layering, gluing, cross-laminated stacking, pressure bonding, and component processing to form large-format building prefabricated panels. CLT prefabricated panels are lightweight and strong, fully leveraging the advantage of wood's high strength-to-weight ratio. The panel size is large, with a thickness of up to 300mm. They can be easily mass-produced in factories, pre-fabricated into wall panels, floor slabs, roof panels, and various special requirements panels, enabling on-site assembly and prefabricated construction for various buildings. CLT prefabricated panels can also be easily combined with lightweight steel and reinforced concrete materials to create various mixed-structure buildings. Compared to traditional reinforced concrete, the weight and thermal conductivity of CLT are only about 20% and 5% of the former, respectively. CLT prefabricated panels and their building systems reduce carbon emissions, store carbon, and have significant carbon reduction effects. They can be easily constructed on-site for various buildings with assembly and prefabrication. CLT prefabricated panels also facilitate the integration of various functions, with low comprehensive costs. CLT prefabricated panels are non-flammable B1 grade materials, with good fire resistance performance. They can be exposed for use as internal partitions when used as internal walls, without the need for decoration, and the wall thickness is relatively thin, which can increase usable area while avoiding secondary decoration pollution. Our company's newly developed patented bamboo-wood composite CLT product series can fully utilize the advantages of bamboo and wood, being an international first. The products have high strength-to-weight ratio and cost performance, and can achieve complete domestic production of raw materials. CLT and its series of products have been selected as key independent innovation products in Ningbo and have won the 2020 China Green Technology Innovation Award and the 2021 National Single Crown Product. 

Product features

Compared with traditional building systems such as reinforced concrete, brick-concrete structures and light wood frame structures, the CLT prefabricated panels and their building systems have the following advantages:

· High strength-to-weight ratio, good bearing capacity, and high dimensional stability;

· Large span, low transportation cost, simple and convenient construction, short construction period, and rapid and safe assembly;

· Light self-weight, low foundation requirements, low noise at the construction site, no pollution, no waste;

· Good seismic, fireproof, sound insulation and heat insulation effects, comfortable and stress-reducing, good health effects;

Green, low-carbon, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, reusable and recyclable. 

Product Specifications and Performance

The CLT prefabricated board products are manufactured using imported hemlock from North America and Europe, SPF, southern pine and spruce, etc. as well as domestically produced rubberwood, fir, etc. sawn timber. The density of these products is approximately 400-550 kg/m2. The number of layers is generally 3, 5, or 7. The thickness, size, and layering design can be customized according to user requirements. Taking a 3-layer CLT prefabricated board as an example, the layering configuration is usually: 35(//)-35()-35(//), with a thickness of 105 mm. We produce various grades and multiple structural and specification CLT products in accordance with relevant CLT standards in North America and China (ANSI/A-PAPRG320-2019 and LY/T3039-2018). The ultimate design bending bearing capacity of the products is referenced to the above relevant standards. 

Product application scope:

. Various prefabricated ultra-low energy passive buildings at the low and middle-rise levels, which can replace traditional reinforced concrete and brick-concrete structures, and can also be used in conjunction with light steel and reinforced concrete:

. Energy-saving renovations of existing various buildings (such as roof and wall) and various interior decorations (such as interior partitions and partitions):

. Thin CLT can be used to make door panels, table boards, laboratory tables, tool tables, leisure tables and conference tables, as well as various indoor and outdoor furniture:
