正交胶合木（Cross-laminated timber, CLT）是一种新型的低碳预制建材，我司持有此类产品和相关制造方法的发明专利（专利号ZL201010128681.1）。CLT是通过规格锯材和结构复合木材经干燥、分等、表面加工、纵横交错层积、淋胶、冷压和精加工等工序制成，可广泛用于各类建筑的墙板、楼板和屋面板。针对常规尺寸CLT板材可能存在的重量和厚度带来的安装与使用不便，我司通过对单元层板厚度的调整、材料组合和结构优化，研发成功薄型CLT和竹木复合CLT系列产品（专利号ZL202020423645.7，专利号ZL202220456081.6），适用于衣柜板和橱柜板等家居和室内装修用途。尽管这类薄型CLT的厚度一般为9-45mm，但其优异的尺寸稳定性，双向强度及无醛环保性能，仍然得到了完美的保留。该类产品能够在最大程度上保留原木的质地，自然亲切，表面纹理美观，有有节和无节及有指接和无指接等多种选择，风格独特，丰富多样，加工方便，从而避免了使用其他材料作为饰面的需求，完全可以实现结构与装修的一体化。

Cross-laminated timber (CLT) is an innovative low-carbon prefabricated building material. Our company holds invention patents for such products and related manufacturing methods (Patent No. ZL201010128681.1). CLT is produced through processes such as drying, grading, surface processing, crosswise lamination, adhesive application, cold pressing, and finishing of dimensional lumber and structural composite lumber. It is widely used in wall panels, floor slabs, and roof panels for various types of buildings.
To address the potential inconveniences in installation and use due to the weight and thickness of conventional CLT panels, our company has successfully developed thin CLT and bamboo-wood composite CLT product series (Patent No. ZL202020423645.7, Patent No. ZL202220456081.6) by adjusting the thickness of individual layers, optimizing material combinations, and structural design. These products are suitable for home and interior decoration applications, such as wardrobe panels and cabinet boards. Although the thickness of these thin CLT panels generally ranges from 9-45mm, their excellent dimensional stability, biaxial strength, and formaldehyde-free environmental performance are fully retained. These products preserve the natural texture of wood to the greatest extent, offering a warm and natural feel with aesthetically pleasing surface grains. They are available in various options, including with or without knots, and with or without finger joints, providing unique and diverse styles. Easy to process, they eliminate the need for additional materials as finishes, fully enabling integrated structure and decoration.
