  橡胶木正交胶合木(CLT)是通过把厚度为20-40mm 的橡胶木规格锯材层板单元通过干燥、分等、铣齿接长、表面处理、铺层、淋胶、纵横交错层积和加压胶合等工序而制成的新型大幅面装配式建筑预制型板材,此产品拓展了橡胶木在建筑工程和结构工程上的应用,可帮助实现建筑结构和装修的一体化,具有中国特色,填补了国内外空白。

  橡胶木CLT绿色环保,轻质高强,低碳固碳,可充分发挥橡胶木木材材质细腻,刚度好的优势,装饰效果好,可实现CLT原材料的完全国产化,可帮助开拓中国西南地区橡胶木的高附加价值应用。在工厂容易实现模块化生产,预制成墙板、楼板、屋面板及各类特殊要求的板材, 实现各类建筑的现场组装和装配式建造。与传统钢筋混凝土相比,橡胶木CLT的重量只是前者重量的20-30%。橡胶木CLT尺寸稳定,也很适合用作各类建筑的内部装修和家具材料,如内隔墙、台面和桌面,它可直接暴露,有高端的仿红木效果,舒适、亲切、美观, 可大大节省装修成本。作墙体材料使用时,一般可比其它空心砖或砌块等常见材料的厚度减小约30%以上,这样对普通民居,房间使用面积一般可增加5-15平方米。

Rubberwood Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) is a novel large-format prefabricated building panel manufactured by processing rubberwood dimensional lumber layers with a thickness of 20–40 mm through drying, grading, finger-joining, surface treatment, layering, adhesive application, crosswise lamination, and press-gluing. This product expands the application of rubberwood in architectural and structural engineering, facilitates the integration of building structure and interior finishing, showcases Chinese innovation, and fills a gap in both domestic and international markets.

Rubberwood CLT is green, environmentally friendly, lightweight yet strong, low-carbon, and carbon-sequestering. It fully leverages the advantages of rubberwood, such as its fine texture and good rigidity, while offering excellent decorative effects. It enables complete localization of CLT raw materials and helps explore high-value applications for rubberwood from Southwest China. Easily produced in modular forms in factories, it can be prefabricated into wall panels, floor slabs, roof panels, and other custom-designed components, enabling on-site assembly and prefabricated construction for various types of buildings. Compared to traditional reinforced concrete, rubberwood CLT weighs only 20–30% of the former. With its dimensional stability, rubberwood CLT is also highly suitable for interior decoration and furniture applications, such as partition walls, countertops, and tabletops. It can be left exposed, offering a high-end rosewood-like effect that is comfortable, warm, and aesthetically pleasing, significantly reducing finishing costs. When used as wall material, it generally reduces thickness by over 30% compared to common materials such as hollow bricks or blocks, increasing usable floor space by approximately 5–15 square meters for typical residential units.

Product Features

Rubberwood CLT panels and decorative boards, produced using domestic rubberwood lumber, have a density of approximately 550–700 kg/m³. Compared to traditional building systems such as reinforced concrete, masonry, and light wood frame structures, rubberwood CLT panels and their building systems offer the following advantages:

  • High strength-to-weight ratio, excellent load-bearing capacity, high dimensional stability, and formaldehyde-free, non-toxic properties
