竹木复合正交胶合木（Cross-laminated timber, CLT）是一种具有中国特色的创新型低碳预制建材（发明专利号ZL201010128681.1），它是通过把标准厚度的工程竹材与规格锯材等层板单元通过干燥、分等、表面处理、纵横交错层积、淋胶、冷压胶合和精加工等工序制造而成，常用于各类建筑的墙板、楼板和屋面板。针对常规尺寸CLT板材在重量和厚度上可能带来的安装和使用上的不便，我司专门研发了特种CLT和竹木复合CLT系列产品（专利号ZL202020423645.7，专利号ZL202220456081.6），该系列产品经过层板厚度调整、材料组合和结构优化，以满足作为门板、桌板和楼梯踏板使用的各种理化性能和功能性要求。这种结构设计不仅减轻了板材重量，提高了材料的灵活性和板材的强度，而且也继承了CLT板材耐火、保温、隔声和尺寸稳定等卓越性能。

Bamboo-Wood Composite Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) is an innovative low-carbon prefabricated building material with Chinese characteristics (Invention Patent No. ZL201010128681.1). It is manufactured by processing engineered bamboo and dimensional lumber layers through drying, grading, surface treatment, cross-laminated layering, adhesive application, cold-pressing, and finishing. Commonly used in wall panels, floor slabs, and roof panels for various types of buildings, this material addresses the installation and usability challenges posed by the weight and thickness of conventional CLT panels.
